Founded in 2023 on a \u201cFarmers for Farmers\u201d<\/strong> philosophy, AEA was created to bridge the gap between Australia\u2019s agricultural sector and large-scale renewable energy development. Our approach is grounded in trust, transparency and genuine alignment with landholder priorities, recognising that the success of renewable projects depends on respectful engagement and practical outcomes that work for farming operations.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Management Team<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AEA\u2019s Australian team brings more than 35 years of combined renewable energy development experience, complemented by over 25 years of agricultural industry experience and 20+ years of risk management expertise. The team provides hands-on development leadership across the full project lifecycle, applying deep technical, commercial and delivery capability to progress projects from origination through to development. Rather than acting as a passive coordinator, AEA actively defines development strategy, sets technical and commercial direction, and makes the critical decisions that shape outcomes across land access, planning, grid connection and commercial pathways.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specialist consultants are engaged selectively to execute defined scopes under AEA\u2019s direction, drawing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 expertise where appropriate. This approach reflects AEA\u2019s construction-informed, delivery-focused mindset and ensures projects are progressed efficiently, consistently and with a clear understanding of downstream delivery and capital requirements. As the pipeline scales, AEA continues to build internal capability where it creates the greatest value, maintaining a capital-efficient,disciplined platform capable of progressing complex renewable energy projects across technologies and jurisdictions.
